These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LoopPass Interview AI Prep ("LoopPass", "we", "us"). By using LoopPass, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and App Use
- You must use LoopPass only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your app installation and device.
- Do not share content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful.
Service Scope and AI Processing
- LoopPass provides interview practice prompts, simulations, and coaching feedback.
- To provide evaluations and simulation turns, your voice and text responses are processed by third-party AI service providers, which may include Anthropic, OpenAI (ChatGPT), and Google Gemini, depending on runtime configuration.
- Service output is educational guidance only and does not guarantee interview outcomes.
- AI generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid features may be offered as auto renewing subscriptions through Apple In App Purchase.
- Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple terms.
- You can manage subscriptions in Apple account subscription settings.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse LoopPass systems.
- Do not use LoopPass to violate rights, laws, or contractual restrictions.
- Do not submit sensitive third-party personal data unless authorized to do so.
Intellectual Property
LoopPass, including software, branding, and service materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the service and users.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
LoopPass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
